When they leave our shop they are in perfect condition, but chocolates are sensitive to high temperatures, and therefore we will not ship to warm states in the summer without special arrangements and packaging, and only overnight orders will be accepted. Carter's will be trying out some new packaging for the upcoming shipping season, starting this fall. 6 piece boxes will be replaced with four piece and 8 piece boxes, as well as the 9 piece window box which we already have. Watch for new items showing up soon. All shipping over the summer will be done on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for heat damage, so place orders carefully, and please read the shipping policies. |
